HASTE v23 — UNDERWATER RAYS AND WATER EFFECTS

This development build is based on v22.

Changes:
- Removed the repeating world-space sine-band fallback that could look like flat blue spotlights or disappear after tuning.
- Underwater shafts now sample the actual bright translucent water-surface layer using depthtex0 versus depthtex1, and use the view's projected world-up as a screen-edge fallback when the sun is behind the camera.
- Increased the visibility of underwater caustic light on submerged terrain without changing the water material shader, SSR, refraction, or surface-ripple implementation.
- Preserved existing profile-specific surface-water performance settings. Hastefull and Low still disable the more expensive surface effects by default, while High, Max, and Ethereal retain their configured water effects.

Validation: archive integrity and source consistency checks only. This pack has not been compiled or launched in Iris/Minecraft in this environment; in-game verification is still required.
